This morning we talked around the topic of hope. At the moment, something we all need. With hope, there is possibility. Hope can provide us with help. We shared the things that we hope for this week. Some of the things that were mentioned were peace, interconnectedness, understanding, trust and faith in what is unfolding, building trust and compassion between communities and remaining resilient and supporting each other.

We’ll revisit this topic during another Cup of Calm, but for now here’s the poem we discussed:
