Our team
African Proverb
Every person has what they need to lead – both within and beyond She Leads Change.
In our team we believe relationship is resolution: we need to model the change we lead and the best way forward, is together.
We have an ‘open’ team – people join from our participant base to continue to grow skills, experiment with new ideas and build important relationships. Our community is supported by a core team and a stakeholder advisory panel.
We work to find the gold in each of us and create the spaces for it to shine.

Our Stakeholder Advisory Panel
She Leads Change is at a pivotal point in its evolution. We recognise the challenges that confront the world are multi-faceted and complex, and include lack of capacity in terms of healthy, whole-hearted and collective leadership as well as insufficient capability to address systemic change.
We would like now, to scale the impact that we’ve seen our leadership programmes already having and begin to consider what else we may do to support a more beautiful, sustainable world. This is why we have established a Stakeholder Advisory Panel.
The primary purpose of this Advisory Panel is to provide valuable insights and input as we develop strategically and programmatically. We wish to invite ‘critical friends’ on our evolutionary journey, to ensure we are able to optimise our impact in service of cultivating the leaders our highest hopes know are possible; the leaders the world now needs.
