Our leadership programmes at a glance
LEADING FROM WITHIN
For women, at any stage of their journey, wanting to live into their full potential.
This is a three-month leadership programme for any woman wanting to bring herself more fully to work and life.
Leading From Within empowers women to better hear their own voice, inform their choices, navigate relationships and intervene gracefully for systemic change.
It provides diverse women at any stage in their leadership journey – from recent graduate to seasoned c-suite executives – with the courage, confidence and capability to lead powerful change.
We run our Leading From Within programmes twice a year – in the Spring and Autumn. We are currently accepting applications for our Autumn intake.
Find and be your best self
- Practical tools and hands-on experience on personal strengths, barriers and aspirations
- Expert-led co-creation practice
- 6 x 3-hr core learning sessions
- 3 x individual sessions with a coach/mentor (optional)
- Pre- and post-reads with relevant activities
- Access to wider community initiatives
Designed to fit around work and life with an average time commitment of three days per month.
LEADING COLLECTIVE IMPACT
For everyone who wants to inspire collective action around complex challenges.
A four-month experiential programme for leaders to enable a systemic response to society’s most pressing challenges.
The next cohort is themed on diversity, inclusion and equity.
Leading Collective Impact provides participants with the mind-sets and tools to lead change, collaborate effectively and move towards meaningful personal and collective action.
It brings together participants with very different skills, experiences and perspectives – all working towards a similar theme. This allows the cohort to deepen their own experience and exponentially supports their ability to deliver, sustain and scale change.
Engage others in leading change at scale
- Practical tools and hands on experience on leadership, stakeholder engagement and systems intervention
- Tangible outputs and outcomes through prototyping and co-creation
- 5 x 5-hr core learning sessions
- 4 x 1.5-hr small group circle sessions
- 3 x individual sessions with a coach/mentor
- Pre- and post-reads
- Access to wider community initiatives
Designed to fit around work and life with an average time commitment of six days per month.
