We work with organisations who want to support women to lead with confidence, courage and impact,  through programmes, masterclasses and coaching.

Leading From Within is our flagship programme for women leading change. Over the course of it, women develop the clarity, insight, connection and confidence that come from exploring the internal and external systems within which they work, alongside other dynamic women. It is an open programme, welcoming women from corporate organisations, NGOs, government and the public sector, as well as self-funding individuals. They can join in their own right, or you can sponsor women from your own organisation.

Coaching is available to organisations and individuals, whether as one-to-one, group or team series. We are proud of our panel of accredited, experienced coaches, who hail from a wide and wonderful spectrum of backgrounds.

Masterclasses offer focused, bite-sized learning, designed and tailored in collaboration with you to meet your organisation’s needs. They are a powerful way to bring practical development to a wider group, whether as a single session or a series.
