If you had 100 minutes to make a change, what would you do?

Hi There!
The question you’ve posed is a mammoth of a challenge, but nevertheless interesting and compelling!
If I had 100 minutes to make a change, I would love to spend the time with my younger siblings and cousins, teaching them about the importance of self-worth and confidence when striving to achieve their aspirations.
The report from the organisation “She Can Lead” (which I have linked below), reflects unfortunate findings that illustrates the declining confidence of young females who aspire towards a position of leadership. For example, ¾ girls from the age of 10-14 felt confident to attain a position of leadership when they grow up, but this decreased by 57% once they reached the age of 18-25.
With the time considered and in combination with these intriguing statistics, I feel that the biggest change I could make would be to positively influence the mindset and thoughts of my family.
Thank you for your question, I look forward to your future posts!
