Our leadership programmes at a glance

 LEADING FROM WITHIN

For women wanting to live into their full potential.

This three-month virtual programme offers you the opportunity to accelerate your personal and professional growth.

You will leave with new ways of thinking, an increased appreciation of self, better resilience and the confidence, capabilities and connections to lead wholeheartedly.

It attracts women from many geographies, sectors and different stages in their journeys. In a facilitated-group of 32, you will explore individual, organisational and systemic transformation.

The strong peer-learning focus, small group work and diversity will allow for many “breakthrough” moments.

 

Lead wholeheartedly

  • 6 x 3-hr core learning sessions
  •  1 x networking session with the wider Community
  • 12 x self-learning journal sessions to reinforce learning
  • Unlimited expert-led skill training and practice in co-creation
  • 3 x 1hr personal 1:1 support from your choice of Coach/Mentor
  • Access to wider community initiatives
  • Close relationship with a “pod” of six other women
  • Multiple opportunities to lead
  • High ratio facilitator support (1:8)

Designed to fit around work and life with an average time commitment of three days per month.

Fees*

Ranging from £415 for individuals to £1250 for large organisations (excl VAT).

Timing

Over 3-months, run four times per year – twice in Spring and Autumn

Outcome

Women leaving the course report increased confidence, expanded leadership capability (skills/tools/resources) and a supportive cross-organisational network.

*She Leads Change is a social enterprise and works with its partners to ensure more than 30% of places are for the sponsorship of inspiring grassroots leaders

LEADING COLLECTIVE IMPACT

For everyone who wants to inspire collective action around complex challenges.

A four-month experiential programme for leaders to enable a systemic response to society’s most pressing challenges.

The next cohort is themed on diversity, inclusion and equity.

Leading Collective Impact provides participants with the mind-sets and tools to lead change, collaborate effectively and move towards meaningful personal and collective action.

It brings together participants with very different skills, experiences and perspectives – all working towards a similar theme. This allows the cohort to deepen their own experience and exponentially supports their ability to deliver, sustain and scale change.

Lead Inclusively

  • 5 x 5-hr core learning sessions
  • 4 x 1.5-hr small group circle sessions
  • 2-6-hrs expert-led co-creation practice
  • 3 x individual sessions with a Coach/Mentor
  • 10+ hrs personal exercises in pre- and post-reads
  • Access to wider network initiatives
  • Multiple opportunities to lead
  • Access to wider community initiatives

Designed to fit around work and life with an average time commitment of six days per month.

Over 4-months, run once per annum – twice from November

Outcome

Participants notice shifted perspectives, stronger networks and increased capabilities to lead change at scale.
