Cup of Calm #10 – Letting Go

“In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.” – Buddha

What can you let go at this time? What doesn’t serve us? How can we use the time we have now as a gift; not only to learn something new, but to also unlearn and let go of things? Today, our guest host Lamese led us through a moment of calm breathing in the beautiful new world unfolding around us and breathing out the things we have chosen to let go.

For the upcoming weekend, we wished each other peace, space for thinking, letting go of the ‘should’, focusing on the positive things in the news and cherishing them, smiling, dancing and wiggling our hips and, most importantly, eating jelly babies! (thank you Mecki!)

We really look forward to seeing you next week when we will be talking about hope, inviting joy, connecting during a time of isolation, resilience and forgiveness.

Please donate as you are able – with no obligation and no upper or lower limit. The link to donate is: paypal.me/weleadchange. All profits will go towards supporting our community of freelancers, small business owners and independents during this time. We suggest the price of a cup of coffee – £2.50 per day or £40 per month.

Thank you for your support,
